Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use only, is granted to the customer by Memory Lane Photography only when digital negatives are purchased and paid in full by the customer to Memory Lane Photography.  

• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Returns Policy Within 14 days

• Any goods can be returned within 14 days (two weeks) if you feel that they have been delivered faulty, damaged or are the wrong goods.
• We must be notified within the time specified by phone and letter or e-mail with any accompanying evidence such as faulty packaging or photographs.
• Goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, until their claim has been found valid. At this point a replacement product or a full refund including the returns cost will be offered.
• Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the Client. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error.
